The Moonies have a long history of the practice
of deceit. This is no surprise, after all the
"Reverend" Moon has been charged with such crimes
as polygamy and tax evasion. He lives like a king
while his followers labor hard and live very humbly.
Here in Boston, they invite new students to
dinners and discussion, without revealing their
true affiliation or true motives. They tell new
students "I want to be your friend" when really
all they want is to enslave that student. They
are disrepectful of many others besides us, and
in that sense we are in good company.
